Judge Carlos Cuevas, a federal immigration judge, granted eleven illegal immigrants reprieve instead of deportation. The reprieve was granted in light of a bill that Congress is currently considering in regards to immigration. The immigrants were arrested in Chicago and were captured during a large federal investigation into IFCO systems.
