Pelosi and Reid move to kill renewable energy

Congress overrides veto on water projects bill.

With a Senate vote of 79-14, Congress handed President Bush his very first overridden veto. The bill provides for various water related construction projects across the nation, including rebuilding levees in Louisiana. The House had voted 361-54 on Tuesday to override the veto.
