Two Chicago public defenders disclose a killer's confession — as another man continues to serve sentence. An innocent man was behind bars. His name was Alton Logan. He did not kill a security guard in a McDonald's restaurant in January 1982. "In fact," the document said, "another person was responsible.''

Man accused in fellow Marine's death captured

U.S. Marine Cpl. Cesar Laurean, the main suspect in the killing of 20-year-old Marine Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach, who was pregnant at the time of her death, has been captured in Mexico, authorities announced Thursday. He has been on the run since January and successfully fled to Mexico only to be captured by Mexican officials. Extradition is pending.

Three undersea internet cables have been severed, rendering much of the middle east without internet access. Iran has been completely cut off from the world wide web and is suffering complete packet loss.
