Many people, specifically Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam, wish the people of this nation that the government intentionally detroyed the levee system, causing black neighborhoods to flood instead of white neighborhoods. The truth, however, is that a shipping barge slammed into the 17th street levee and caused this whole flooding deal to occur. This is based on people coming out of New Orleans, their stories, which I trust much more than some government report or a radical religious member.
This wont be reported on any media station, the media is busy playing the "evil government" game.
