The Duke University lacrosse team rape case is finally over, all charges have been dropped, announced North Caroline Attorney General Roy Cooper.
All three men, David Evans, Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann, were indicted last year for kidnapping and sex offense charges stemming from a party that was held by the lacrosse team in March of 2006. The actual rape charges were dismissed laster on in December, but the other charges were still pursued.
