Seventy-Six year old man to be put to death in California.

The Supreme Court of the United States denied a temporary stay of execution for convict clarinet Ray alien, who is currently on death row for ordering the murders of three persons while in prison. At the time he was already serving a life sentence for murder. alien, 76 years old and suffering from diabetes, heart disease, is legally blind and requires a wheel chair, is scheduled to die by lethal injection.

His execution would make him the second oldest man to be executed in the United States.
