Rabbinical Council: There is no such term as 'innocents' of the enemy

The Yesha Rabbinical Council announced in response to an IDF attack in Qana that "according to Jewish law, during a time of battle and war, there is no such term as 'innocents' of the enemy." Apparently orthodox Jewish religious law states that terrorism is justified - as long as you're on the right side. Women, kids, the aged are fair game
